I thought going back home to Laguna would give me a chance to rest from the work I left at Makati. I was wrong.

When I went online on YM around past 12, I got to talk to some people and ended up calling a meeting for 5 people - 2 officers (including me), 2 club members and 1 former member of the club in question.

In the end, the article which was the root of the discussion was edited, and all evidence erased. All that remains is our chat transcript.

It's tiring, really. All of it.

Meanwhile, I was in a conversation with a new found friend from L2, who is an active forumer and blogger at the same time. Soon after the meeting ended (unsatisfactorily to my taste), we were still talking until me and the hubby entered the confrontation stage.

How am I supposed to make the blog update with me in this state?

This reminds me, I haven't finished the promotion for the net café. Damn.

I know it's been like... ages since I last updated this blog. It's true what they say -- when you have love life and/or work, you just don't have much time for anything else. This has become the case with me. I'm not blaming it or anything, I love my work. And I love how he disturbs my life. (lol peace tayo ha XD) Pero nakakamiss intindihin ang sarili mo tulad ng nagagawa mo dati. :)

Where should I start? Riiiiight, I know. :3

Audition Tourney @ i-Hooked Buendia
I don't remember when exactly this tourney was held, but I WAS THERE! XD We didn't take pics of the event but Sir Jason (GM Lowe), Sir Toby (GM Psybot), Alex (Croze), bheja and kitsune- can stand witness to this. I also remember going there 2 days before the Audition Free Play, and I told two employees that their Audition program isn't working. =_= So when Alex told me he was fixing the program on EACH Free Play PC, I wasn't the least bit surprised.

I volunteered to assist Alex in fixing about 15 units (O2Jam/Audition PCs) and I got him to treat me to lunch. WHEEEE! I also got Sir Jason to give me an i-Hooked pin. Double WHEEEE! (I got this pinned on my SGS lanyard btw *ebul laff*) AND I also got myself an e-Games goodie bag even though I didn't win the tourney. Ohohohoho! Sarap~ >:)

The fondest memory I had of that experience was the fact that kitsune- told me I was the only one playing in Tab mode during the tourney. No wonder people were staring when I got up from my seat. I mean, I knew I lost, and I was definitely not the only girl there (hello, bheja was there) but why stare at me?

Holy ----, yah it was my 15 minutes of fame. LOL. Pero natalo pa rin ako eh! T^T

Aside from that, let's try to forget the cellphone scenario.

Office Update
...and I hear Gian yell out, "HMO! HMO! HMO!"

So anyway, we got transferred to a different account after H&R Block finished its stint in our Makati office. According to reports from my subordinates (ano daw?) some were assigned to... oh wait, I almost forgot - I'm bound by a Code of Confidentiality. LOL. Going back, I think some of the best agents got distributed to various accounts in the company. We were among those who luckily got transferred to the best account in SGS Makati. w00t~!

The account was ramping up so our wave (Wave 6) had 3 training sessions simultaneously ongoing in different parts of EBP. I was fortunate enough to belong to Wave 6C, by far the best batch (hey, we're the good guys. BIAS!!!) and when we hit the floor, most of us were raking in the 100's in CSAT.

The bad thing about that is... more among Wave 6 were raking in 50%-0%. So... yeah. But that's not what I wanna focus on.

During our DST and Nesting period, we were training under Kaye, who's the same age as me and was born in the same month (June). She's from Wave 2 of the account, and has only been in the company for 4 months (and YES she's already a trainer man!). I remember she was so happy to announce she's just been regularized. Nice, huh? Oh btw, her name's also Kristina. Hehehe! ;)

I'm happy with my training, I'm happy with my immediate boss (Boss JC, who called me 'Macro Girl' LOL), and especially with my present team. I couldn't ask for anything more from them. :3 (except maybe a PSP? Wahahaha! XD)

I'll do my best to get that lanyard, I swear~! （･`ω･´）

Domination II - did it really dominate?
April 6 was probably the busiest day of my life this year. First, I left Sta. Rosa around 10AM, then went to SM Sta. Rosa with me folks. Yay, I got me permanent SM Advantage card! No more "Temporary" plastered on it! Pfft! >:3 After some window shopping and lunch, mom and I left for Makati. I told her we had a team building event in the office so I had to go back earlier. Truth is, I was making an excuse to sneak over to eGames' Anniversary event, Domination II. It's a few weeks earlier than supposed to be (I'll explain more on this later) so I was taken by surprise on how soon it was held this year.

I went to the office before 2PM as originally planned, but my mom insisted to stay there and have dinner with me (!!!) after the activity. Desperate times call for desperate measures so yours truly had to make magic... Unfortunately, I still left the boarding house at past 5. Well past what I planned! Pfft. I arrived at SMX by 6PM. And I even took a farkin' taxi. =_=

When I got there, them folks were already awarding stuff to the cosplayers (who btw had a LOOOOW turnout - most of them were in MEGAMALL, I wonder why!) and I met my big brother Kenny (a.k.a. Iccaro) in front of the crystal box, where he was standing, taking pictures. Speaking of pics, I havta get our pics from him! >:3

Much later after that, I decided to drop by the Audition booth, where I got to see the Audi Interview staff (Bry, Miko, Will, Rakie, Lune?) being awarded for their "contributions to the community". Nice one guys. ;) I was lucky enough not to be interviewed. Hehehe! Me no like exposure. :| Rakie also took pics of us in the Evil Quartet (and I have yet to see them uploaded). Hooo boy, I've got a stack of updates waiting to be dished out. WHY did I wait this long to update!? T^T

Ehem! Going back to topic, we left the grounds around quarter to 8 to zoom over to Megamall for the last event of the day.

oZine Fest '08 - where cosplayers OWNED!
We dropped Issa off at the MRT station and then it was just me, kuya and Jesse in the taxi. oZine Fest was held in Megatrade Hall 2, and when we got there, we didn't have to pay for the entrance fee anymore. Nice work with the winking, Kuya. Maybe I should try it next time too? XD So when we got there, the guy at the stage was already giving out (I mean literally throwing away) 'Thank you' posters, and I got to pick one up. I was too stupid to grab the other one for Jesse, who went into a lil' tantrum... until I got us a Level Up! paper bag for FREE. Wahahaha! Btw, the oZine posters had Haruhi in them. Alex said he would've killed me if it was him with me, and I didn't get him his own poster. (I'll post a pic of that poster soon! XD)

Oh, did I mention we got about 20 or 30 L2 posters? Yep, these would be up for grabs. I'll be giving away a few through a promo @ our shop, and some will be given away for free to friends. ;)

So, why were there 2 events??
I did mention that my brother works for Mobius. Meanwhile, I have good connections with some people in e-Games, and we got a guildmate working as a GM for Level Up! (Terachi). My kuya also found Dexter (an old officemate) who is now working for AMDG. Along the discussion lines, I heard that the reason why Domi II was held in advance this year, was because oZine and AMDG blocked them off from MegaMall... So they held Domi II in retaliation. Hmmmm..... issue ba itetch? Tarush!

Well, my brother did say something like this, "e-Games plays aggresively, to the point of them getting dirty in the process. I mean c'mon, why launch Cabal Online without installers? That's even worse than the GE Launch, at least THEY had installers, and the game can already be played then!" Not his exact words, but that was about it in a nutshell. Our friends in LU! also laughed at the Cabal issue. Heh. It's normal with competition, ya? ^^;;

...After that event, I didn't doubt what my Kuya said at all.

On a happier note, I'll post an update on SOS Bulletin soon for the Pre-Kamael Launch! Watch out for it. I'll also upload the pics as soon as I get them from Rakie. ;)
